The Lake of Vouliagmeni is one of the most impressive natural sights of Athens. It is a salt-water lake but the depth or connection to the sea has never been discovered. The suburb of Voula is approximately 17 kml. from Athens. The homonymous beach offers beach bar, restaurant changing rooms etc. There are also sports facilities and games such as water slides, water sports and a playground.
