(Kalymnos Island)

This beach is located just outside of the village Pigadia, the capial of the island. Pigadia is the most famous beach and attracts numerous visitors because of her position near the city. It’s a long mile beach with beautiful golden sand and pure waters. There you can find umbrellas, chairs and a few taverns if you get hungry.

Tigaki is the nearest beach to the city of Kos, lying 11 kms north of the town. It is one of the most beautiful and most popular beaches on the island of Kos. It is a long white sandy beach extending over 10 kms with crystalline shallow waters. The beauty of the scenery is increased by the abundance of greenery and flowers. Various hotels, furnished apartments and rooms for rent, travel agencies, shops, bars, taverns and cafes are scattered around the surrounding area. Various amenities are available on the beach such as water sports and umbrellas and sunbed rentals.

(Rhodes Island)
Ixia is one of the most popular and cosmopolitan tourist resorts in Rhodes and the haven of Iallisos’ municipal, where it belongs administratively. Along the coastal road we meet the biggest and most modern hotel units that host thousands of visitors all year around. On the endless beach of Ixia, with the crystal clear waters and golden beach, you can enjoy your swim and practice water sports. It is a cosmopolitan and crowded beach, which thanks to its good organization offers bathers many options. In Ixia are also organized windsurfing competitions. Nightlife satisfies all tastes.
Dodecanese Islands Beaches - Pahia Ammos Beach (Nisyros Island)
It is difficult to reach this beach, which is 10 km from Mandraki. It is on the east side of the island and one can get there by the road after Paloi that passes in front of the Pantelidis’ Baths. There is asphalt up to a point and then dirt road all along the Lyes beach. At the end of this road there is a car park from where it’s a ten-minute walk on quite a difficult path in order to cross the high hills that hide the beach. It is a very wide beach of around 350 meters. Its sand is very coarse and dark. Whoever wishes to visit it should bear in mind that there is no shade and that nudism is practiced.
Dodecanese Islands Beaches - Plaka Beach (Tilos Island)
It is located 2.5 km west of Agios Antonios, on the way to the monastery of Agios Panteleimonas. Secluded from buildings or services, the beach of Plaka is pebbled and quite green. Its length is enough to provide privacy to those in need of it. Behind the beach there is the field of Plaka, which used to belong to the monastery of Agios Panteleimonas and products of which were exported to nearby islands.
